I, the parent/guardian of the student(s)/ward(s) hereby agree to the following terms and conditions as stipulated below:

Conditions of Registration

  1. A prescribed registration form is required to be completed by parent(s) & guardian (for children below 18 years of age).
  2. Each form should contain particulars of the child/ward and parents’ contact information with copies of their birth certificate and/or IC for record purposes.
  3. The child will be placed in a class with their similar age-group or in a corresponding standard in public schools where applicable.

School Fees & Books

  1. The school fee is payable annually at S$840.00 (Singapore Dollars Seven Hundred Twenty Only) per year.
  2. Parents/guardian who choose to pay via monthly instalments, the school fees are payable at S$70.00 (Singapore Dollars Sixty Only) over 12 calendar months.
  3. School fees remain payable whilst the child is officially registered with the school. Absence from the school for any period of time does not preclude the student from payment of the school fees specified. School fees paid are non-refundable.
  4. The GIRO deduction scheme is a requirement for payment of monthly instalment school fees. Deductions will take effect on the 1st of the calendar month or the next working day (in the event of a Public Holiday). Should the GIRO deduction be unsuccessful for any reason, a 2nd deduction will alternatively take effect on the 12th of the calendar month.
  5. In the occasion where both deductions fail, parents will need to pay for the school fees via cash, NETS or bank transfer within the same month.
  6. The books required for study in any particular level are available during the Book Sale held at the end of the year. Alternatively, they will be available at our in-store Baraka Bazaar located at the school premises.
  7. Payment for books and school excursion(s) are separate from the school fees, and payable in cash or NETS.


To transfer your child/ward from one centre to another, please submit the prescribed Student Transfer Form to the office, giving at least 1 (one) calendar month notice.

Withdrawal of Student

To withdraw from participation in the school, parents/guardian are required to officially submit the prescribed Student Withdrawal Form to the office, giving at least 1 (one) calendar month notice.

We regret to inform that any verbal or unofficial notice of Transfer or Withdrawal will not be accepted.


  1. Any queries or clarification should be raised with the Administration of SimplyIslam during operating hours or email (, providing personal identification and details of the child/ward concerned. Parents/guardian must not approach the child’s/ward’s teachers during the teaching hours, but direct their queries at the admin office.
  2. SimplyIslam appreciates that parents/guardians deal with our staff and teachers in the best of decorum, and refrain from any harsh or abusive actions in the course of communication. SimplyIslam humbly reserves its right to refuse attention to any person in this regard.
  3. SimplyIslam seeks the parents’/guardians’ cooperation to provide the school with written updates to students’ particulars when there is a change to residential address, emergency contact and medical information.
  4. From time to time, the school may take photos of students and their activities for the purposes of internal and social media publicity. All images taken by the school will be used in a respectful manner and will not be passed on to any third party. If for any reason, a parent/guardian is not comfortable with such an arrangement, or do not allow any photo taking of their child/ward, please indicate such in writing on this agreement document.
